This experiential class invites parents and adults to slow down and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. Through the practice of felt sensing, participants learn to gently notice internal sensations that offer clues about emotions, stress, and safety.
Guided by principles from the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model TM and the practice of Focusing, this class helps participants build awareness of their nervous system while experiencing the regulating power of connection with others.
This monthly offering is for parents and adults seeking a sense of belonging, deeper self-awareness, and a compassionate relationship with their bodies in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.

An embodied movement practice designed to support connection with your body, breath, and nervous system.
Vinyasa Yoga gently weaves breath and movement together through a flowing sequence of postures. At House of Co-Regulation, the practice is offered through a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and autonomy-centered lens—with invitations rather than expectations and space to honor what your body needs in the moment.
Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify or pause whenever needed, and explore movement without pressure to perform or “get it right.” Through breath, rhythm, movement, stillness, and sensory awareness, the practice creates opportunities to notice your internal experience and cultivate embodied connection and felt safety.
No prior yoga experience is needed. All bodies, neurotypes, and levels of experience are welcome.
Come as you are. Move in the way your body needs.

These groups are designed to support connection, belonging, and nervous system regulation through shared experiences. Participants engage in interest-based activities, play, creativity, and conversation while being supported by a neurodiversity-affirming facilitator.
This is NOT a social skills training group. This embodied experience is a co-regulation space for your neurodivergent teen doesn’t have to mask in order to belong.
At House of Co-Regulation, we unmask. Our approach centers on felt safety, authentic connection, and honoring every nervous system— without shame or performance.
This group is for No-Low-Medium-High support children. All neurotypes welcomed. Come as you are. You belong here.

Primitive Reflex Integration is a playful small-group experience that supports the foundational sensory-motor systems our bodies rely on to take in information through movement, sensation, vision, and the world around us. Facilitated by Veronique, our in-house Occupational Therapist and one of House of Co-Regulation’s trained Somatic Co-Regulators, each class weaves together grounding and connection, reflex-focused movement, rhythm and regulation games, partner and group activities, and play-based skill building. Through rhythm, balance, coordination, and visual-motor play, children are supported in developing greater body awareness, regulation, attention, and readiness for learning. Parents leave with education and ideas to explore at home. As with everything we offer at House of Co-Regulation, we center felt safety, authentic connection, and honoring each child’s unique nervous system.
