A place built for nervous systems.

Most therapy spaces are designed for the clinician. This one is designed for the nervous system that walks through the door. Children are met with compassion. Parents are supported without judgment. Regulation happens between people here, never in isolation.

Individual therapy, parent coaching, co-regulation groups, and professional training, all under one roof in Miami Lakes.

Our Mission

Create Yourself Co. exists to help individuals, families, and professionals confidently create sensational connection with their authentic selves and others through nervous system-informed, neurodiversity-affirming practices. The focus is on bridging the gap between therapeutic work and everyday life by fostering safety, co-regulation, and embodied connection in the space between therapy and home.

Our vision

We envision a world where human behavior is understood through a compassionate, nervous system lens rather than a pathological one, where neurodivergent lived experiences are celebrated with radical acceptance, and where future generations access liberation and harmony by embodying their true authentic essence.

Our community

Our community is made up of curious, compassionate individuals (parents, caregivers, professionals, and seekers) who are committed to shifting paradigms, embracing authenticity, and nurturing connected, regulation-rich communities. We honor those who are ready to move beyond conventional models and co-create a revolution centered on safety, resonance, and human flourishing.

What Therapy Looks Like Here

We don't start by trying to fix a behavior.

We start by getting curious about the nervous system underneath it.

We notice. We listen. We connect. We create safety.

And from that foundation, we support communication, learning, participation, relationships, and meaningful growth.

Because when the nervous system experiences safety, connection, and belonging, new possibilities can emerge.

That is the heart of the Felt Safety Framework™
