Our Nervous System Therapy is a transformative approach that connects the mind, body, and social engagement system to create sensational connection and felt safety internally, externally, and relationally. Listening protocols and Somatic practices are integrated in the space between Co-regulation, (both a top-down and bottom-up approach to accessing communication), while following the child’s lead with a neuroaffirming presence. Felt Safety IS the treatment.

Parent coaching is a polyvagal-informed, practice-based service designed to help caregivers better understand their child’s nervous system and emotional cues. Somatic practices are integrated into the sessions in order to help parents bring awareness to their own nervous system state. Parents learn the science behind the Felt Safety Framework™ to support regulation, connection, and resilience at home. House of Co-Regulation believes that parents need to be co-regulated with in order to deepen our capacity to co-regulate with our children.

This evaluation is a comprehensive, child-centered assessment designed to support children through the lens of the neurodiversity paradigm. This unconventional evaluation moves away from the traditional medical model and instead offers a whole-child lens that honors sensory, somatic, social emotional/behaviors, learning, and communication profiles.
Once we complete this evaluation process, we can begin Somatic Communication Therapy together.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was pioneered and developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger following extensive scientific studies from 1975 to 1983 at Michigan State University, where he served as a clinical researcher and Professor of Biomechanics.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method that engages the CranioSacral System—a unified, whole-being system reflecting the integration of physical structures, physiological rhythms, and energetic processes. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.
By facilitating the body's natural and innate healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and has been shown to be beneficial for people seeking help with a wide range of healthcare challenges and symptoms.
